Founded in 2000 by Frank Damiano, the company's current President and CTO, Damiano Global Corporation (DGC) is an Audio Visual Control System programming company. Throughout its history, DGC has functioned much like other companies of this type in both the Commercial Audio Visual and Residential Home Theatre markets. In this capacity, DGC maintains the very highest standards of quality, and works diligently to be current with all of the hardware and software developments of the Audio Visual Control system manufacturers. These facts, combined with a true dedication to impeccable customer service have allowed us to build an impressive client base that relies on us as a trusted and reliable partner, dedicated to the success and profitability of every project.
Recognizing the ongoing changes in technology, the economic environment, and energy consumption concerns, DGC has crafted an offering that takes us far beyond the fine companies that have offered similar services in the past. The introduction of "WHITE GLOVE VIRTUAL PRESENCE" and its technological enabler "DGnet", set us far apart from the other firms. These features address the problems and concerns of time and travel problems, the inevitable changes that occur during and shortly after the project is completed, and the eventual changes in functionality and equipment throughout the life of the system. All of this is underwritten by an industry first and ironclad "CUSTOMER BILL OF RIGHTS".
DGC utilizes an internal team approach when deploying your project. We have a certified Senior Programmer and programming team qualified to handle all AMX, Crestron and Extron requirements. Both of these groups report to Frank Damiano, an expert Senior Programmer in both disciplines, on every project. This assures our customers of a direct line of accountability, and a consistent programming methodology; resulting in an efficient and problem free completion of the project.
