Frank Damiano founded DGC in the year 2000 with the goal of creating a unique programming services company focused on providing a hassle free experience, while setting new standards in programming quality and best practices. He became involved in the industry after serving overseas in the military. Starting with no industry experience whatsoever, he has worked hard to become a respected member of our community. Frank has leadership and business management experience, and personally maintains several certifications in control system programming. He has earned a solid reputation by consistently adding value for clients, and proudly serves DGC as its Founder and CTO.

Tammy brings extensive experience to DGC in her role as operations assistant/administrator.  For 6.5 years, she was a respected team member at a startup software company headquartered in Paris, France. Her many duties ranged from office management, payroll administrator, invoicing and collections, and sales administration.  From there, Tammy went on to be an office manager/operations assistant for an email marketing company where she spent the last 8.5 years. During her time there she wore many hats, including that of payroll administrator and, facilities manager. She assisted with planning/organizing of company events, managed collections and month-end invoicing for the company.    Tammy offers the DGC team her valuable expertise in time management, organizational and administrative operations.  Outside of work, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, camping, bike riding and baking.

J. brings to DGC extensive experience derived from working at various fortune 500 companies and new business start-ups. Throughout his career he has played a valuable role developing business processes across departments and divisions. He enjoys a strong track record of improving business functionality and work-flow with a positive impact to the bottom line. In his role as Chief Operating Officer and Process Architect he is tasked with guarding our companies fiscal responsibility while directly enhancing our customer experience with a focus on the continual development of tools and processes which allow us to offer the best customer service in the industry.

Kevin started in the Information Technology field doing server administration and graduated to developing software solutions that integrate multiple platforms. Five years ago he entered the AV industry and has been doing system design and programming Crestron systems since then.  At DGC, Kevin is now expanding his experience in the AV industry by doing AMX and Extron programming, he is also working toward several AV programming certifications.

Phillip attained his BS in Computer Science and exhibits a “can-do” attitude in his work.  After working in database programming and desktop support, Phillip entered the AV industry.  He is a certified AMX and Extron programmer. Other skills and certifications include Crestron, Biamp, BSS, SVSI and more. His goal is to excel in AV software engineering and to help others use technology. Phillip’s hobbies include live sound engineering, playing piano, and drone photography.

Greg brings to the DGC team decades of experience in the visual communications field specializing in interface design for the AV control system industry. His educational background includes the study of human factors, human-computer interaction, and visual design. He has shaped industry standards and guidelines for touch panel interface design in various ways including having served as chairman for infoComm’s Dashboard for Controls committee which was charged with the creation of industry standards for AV Control System interface design. In his role as Director of Graphic Services for Damiano Global, he has expanded our GUI offering to include higher quality custom interface designs, themes, templates, and comprehensive clip-art products. Greg is producing better project outcomes for industry professionals and end-users with intuitive touch panel designs that focus on ease of use, efficiency, and client retention.
